At CEJUL BROTHERS we believe that the health, safety, environment and security of the workforce is directly equivalent to superior quality services, therefore we take great care in ensuring our HSE policy covers all the basics and much more.
HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND SECURITY POLICY
This policy defines the company’s general standards to be followed by employees and partners during the performance to satisfy the requirements for the systematic management of safety, health, environmental protection and security. This includes the specific HSES standards necessary to reduce identified HSES risks to As-Low-As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
HSES STANDARDS
All personnel engaged shall be conversant with and, at all times, strictly comply with the HSES standards. HSES standards shall be in accordance with all applicable legislation, rules and regulations and shall consist of the following:

CEJUL BROTHERS regards the protection of the Environment and promotion of Health and Safety measures at all levels of its operations as paramount to the way in which it conducts its activities
CEJUL BROTHERS provides and maintains a safe, pollution free and healthy working environment by complying with all applicable statutory guidelines, regulations and laws We will maintain and safeguard the environment through an ISO 14001 based system of plans and procedures
We will maintain a preventive HSES program and also include HSES performance in staff appraisals and reward accordingly
All employees, contractors and customers are adequately trained to ensure that they work safely in their respective functions and to protect the environment
We operate in a manner that protects the environment, which is the top priority of our operational plans. We strongly believe that our success is directly linked to the health and safety of our employees, clients and our reputation as a leader in environmental conservation.

LIFE-SAVING RULES
CEJUL BROTHERS has implemented a series of mandatory “Life Saving Rules” based on IOGP report 459, April 2013. Supervisors shall ensure that all personnel comply with these rules. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from site and disqualification from future company work, for employees or contractors.
